Founded in 1994, Francini Inc. is one of the largest importers and distributors of natural stone products in the Pacific Region. We are headquartered in Sun Valley, California with locations in Indio, California, Salt Lake City, Utah and Boise, Idaho.
We work very closely with our factory in Carrara, Italy, the epicenter, for buying high quality natural stone materials. We also import stone from our purchasing offices throughout Italy, Brazil, and India. We are dedicated to providing you with a quality selection of natural stone material. About Our Founder
Some would say that the appreciation of natural stone is in the Francini blood. Andrea Francini was born and raised in Massa Carrara, Italy, and grew up surrounded by the white marble mountains of Carrara. He is a product of generations of the Francini family who have lived in this region, the capitol of the world for white marble.
At age 14, Andrea’s parents moved the family to London to give him and his brothers the opportunity to learn English and finish their studies. Andrea attended The London School of Economics where he obtained a business degree. Meanwhile, Andrea’s father, Franco Francini was in Los Angeles making a name for himself at International Granite & Marble, where Andrea would eventually join him.
Having established himself in the industry, Andrea opened Francini, Inc. in 1994 and has since expanded to four locations with many more on the horizon. With offices in Italy, India and Brazil, he has put together a world-class team of inspectors and buyers, while also traveling the world in search of new quarries. We pride ourselves in selecting the best blocks, slabs and tiles in order to offer you the very best product available.
